Supporting the Common Core State Standards with LTF Science Lessons

In this webinar, led by LTF Assistant Science Director Mary Payton and LTF Biology Coordinator Jason Walker, you will examine the ways in which LTF science lessons can help classrooms and districts implement and support a variety of education standards. There are currently no Common Core State Standards for science; however, LTF science lessons are poised to support future standards based on the Framework for K-12 Science Education. Many of the LTF science lessons also support the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics and Literacy in History/Social Studies and Science & Technical Subjects, and those connections are shown in sample lessons.
