Being able to help a teacher tweak their lessons and up their game enables me to feel that I have impacted not only the teacher, but any student that walks into that person's classroom.
I enjoy taking part in a larger mission to utilize my knowledge and teaching skills to help create more equitable learning opportunities for students.
